What you could win
The Yealink A40 is an all-in-one video conferencing system that makes your meetings professional and effortless. It combines a high-quality camera, microphone, and speakers into a single soundbar, all controlled by a simple and intuitive touch screen.
It comes with the Yealink CTP25 touch console (A40-031), which sits on the table, a 55-inch Yealink MeetingDisplay, and the MD-AVBracket-S bracket that mounts the A40 on the display, so the video bar sits on the screen as one unit.
The Yealink WPP30 wireless presentation pod plugs into a laptop's USB-C or USB-A port and shares the screen to the room. There's no HDMI cable to run across the table and no software to install.
The prize is the hardware. Installation is not included.
How to enter
Sign up to any Ohnyx managed IT plan (Lite, Standard or Prime), or upgrade the plan you're on, on a 24-month agreement between 1 October and 5pm on 11 December 2026.
Your entry counts once your onboarding invoice is paid, for a new sign-up or an upgrade. It has to be paid before the draw on 15 December. Each business gets one entry.
The draw is open to businesses in the Wairarapa and the Wellington region, as we will be taking a photo with the winner when we present the prize.
Signing up or upgrading is your entry. There's no separate form to fill in.

Who can enter?
Businesses in the Wairarapa and the Wellington region that sign up to an Ohnyx managed IT plan, or upgrade their current plan, on a 24-month agreement between 1 October and 5pm on 11 December 2026, and pay the onboarding invoice before the draw. Each business gets one entry.
I'm already an Ohnyx client. Can I enter?
Yes, if you upgrade your plan during the promotion, for example from Lite to Standard, or from Standard to Prime.
Which plans count?
All of them: Lite, Standard and Prime.
When is the draw?
15 December 2026. Briar, our Sales Manager, spins a randomised online wheel showing entry numbers, not business names. We film the draw and post the video on LinkedIn.
What is in the prize?
A Yealink MeetingBar A40 with its CTP25 touch console, a 55-inch Yealink MeetingDisplay, the MD-AVBracket-S mounting bracket and a Yealink WPP30 wireless presentation pod, valued at $7,350 excluding GST, the combined retail price.
Is installation included?
No. The prize is the hardware.
Can I take the cash value instead?
No. The prize can't be swapped for cash or anything else.
How will the winner find out?
We phone and email the winner, take a photo with them and the prize, and publish the winner's name and photo on Facebook and LinkedIn. The photo is a condition of entry.

- The promotion runs from 1 October 2026 to 5pm on 11 December 2026, New Zealand time.
- To enter, a business in the Wairarapa or the Wellington region signs up to an Ohnyx managed IT plan (Lite, Standard or Prime), or an existing Ohnyx client upgrades its plan, on a 24-month agreement during the promotion period.
- An entry counts once the onboarding invoice for the new sign-up or upgrade is paid, before the draw. Each business gets one entry.
- The prize is one Yealink MeetingBar A40 with CTP25 touch console (A40-031), one Yealink 55-inch MeetingDisplay, one MD-AVBracket-S bracket for mounting the A40 on the display, and one Yealink WPP30 wireless presentation pod, valued at $7,350 excluding GST, being the combined retail price. Installation is not included.
- The prize can't be exchanged for cash or another item.
- The winner is drawn at random on 15 December 2026 by Ohnyx's Sales Manager, using an online wheel that shows entry numbers, not business names. The draw is filmed and the video is published on LinkedIn.
- The winner is told by phone and email.
- By entering, the winner agrees to have a photo taken with the prize, and to Ohnyx publishing the winner's name and photo on Facebook and LinkedIn.
