The Ohnyx team

Philip owns Ohnyx and sets its direction. Hand him a problem that's big, tangled or new and he'll find a way through it. He came from technical leadership and professional services, and studied the humanities.

Michael is the bureaucratic backbone of Ohnyx. If there's a process, he set it, and if it isn't being followed, he already knows. He brings more than eight years running manufacturing teams in electronics.

Briar has been here longer than anyone. She started in customer success, now runs sales, and knows every client by name, along with their story and probably the best time to ring them.

James came back to Ohnyx last year after working at two larger IT firms, which says something. He brings that experience with him, and he'd rather talk it through over a coffee than a slide deck.

Kelly ran his own cafe before joining Ohnyx, so he's used to sorting problems while the queue builds. He was our Tech Lead and now leads our AI work, and has had a hand in most client systems, so he knows how each setup is put together. If something needs doing, he's usually already on it.
